How it works

Let’s jump on a call

Before diving in, I like to kick things off with an initial chat to go over the project's details—scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget. We'll hash out these points verbally during our call before sealing the deal or making any deposits.

Putting it in writing

After our chat, I'll send over a project proposal with all the details and the agreed-upon quote for your thumbs-up. Once you’re on board, I’ll shoot you the contract, project brief, and an invoice for a 50% deposit. We'll hit the ground running as soon as everything’s signed and the deposit is in.

Let’s get to designing!

Once all the paperwork is sorted and payment is received, I jump into the design process. It begins with a thorough review of your documents, followed by in-depth research into your brand's challenges, industry, competitors, and audience demographics. From there, I create initial concepts, refine them into a winning design, and develop industry-specific mock-ups to illustrate how it all fits into your brand's universe.

Presenting

So, it's been a couple of weeks since I received all the info from you, and now it’s time to show you what I've been working on! We'll discuss my design process, the reasoning behind my choices, and my vision for your brand's future. Afterward, I'll send you a brief summary for your feedback.

Feedback

Even though it can be challenging, it's crucial to let all the information sink in for a day or two before diving into feedback. Depending on the adjustments needed, I might email you the revisions. However, if it's a more significant overhaul requiring discussion, we can always schedule another call to present the new ideas.

Sign-off

Once you approve the final design, I'll send the final invoice. Once it's settled, I'll promptly deliver all the files and exports for you to dive into. A few months after we've wrapped up, I'll likely check in to ensure everything's going smoothly. Keep an eye out for my message!
